Limitation of liability

Customers are not allowed to use software services to update data, send emails, write articles or transmit data for the following purposes:

Refund and compensation policy

In case the Customer stops using the software for personal reasons (eg business stoppage, health, time, etc.), Proxy UK is not responsible for refunding any costs.

In case customers encounter serious problems when using the software, Proxy UK will have a support and compensation policy for each case.

Fees related to the service are calculated monthly and are specified in detail in the electronic receipt or sales contract.

Customers can pay for the service via the payment methods listed on the website or the payment page of Proxy UK software.

After payment, the system will send an online invoice to your email (which you provided when registering). The system will send a notification for the next payment period 30 days before the expiration of your service package.

Registration renewal

After your 7-day trial, you’ll receive your first bill on the day you select your subscription plan and enter your payment information.

Your subscription will be automatically renewed based on the packages you have purchased through the Proxy UK application payment terms (Startup Package and Business Package), if you do not cancel the renewal subscription. Once you cancel automatic payments, you won’t be charged for your next payment.

We do not apply automatic payments for Business Packages or payment methods set up outside of the Proxy UK application (Paypal payment, Cash payment, One-time payment)

Once you make a payment in the Proxy UK application, you authorize us to store your payment method and pay automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription. Possible payment terms are: monthly payment, quarterly payment, 6-month payment, annual payment.

Please note that old and new promotions will not be automatically applied after your subscription is automatically renewed.

We may change the subscription fee if new features are added to your previous subscription. We will notify you of any incremental fee changes with the option to cancel your subscription if you do not agree to continued use.

Tax

Each party shall be responsible, as required by applicable law, for the determination and payment of all taxes and other governmental fees and charges (and any penalties, interest and other other additional clauses) applicable to that party based on or in connection with transactions and payments under this Agreement.

All payments you make to us under this Agreement will be exclusive of any deductions, as may be required by law.
